If you're not completely happy with an item, just return it to us in the same condition you received it for an exchange or refund, within our returns period(s) shown below.
You will need to pay return postage.
When trying on items please avoid make up or lotions coming into contact with them. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.
Orders delivered within the US
- If we shipped the order via standard mail, your return needs to reach us within 21 days of our despatch date
- If we shipped the order via express mail, your return needs to reach us within 17 days of our despatch date
Orders delivered outside the US
- If we shipped the order via standard mail, your return needs to reach us within 34 days of our despatch date
- If we shipped the order via express mail, your return needs to reach us within 27 days of our despatch date
(for items bought from 1st November-24th December each year the returns period is extended up to 31st January)
Please also allow enough postage time for your items to get back to us within these return periods - in the US, 4 working days via USPS is usually enough, or from outside the US 10 working days via standard mail. During peak times returns may take a bit longer to reach us, but if so the returns period on your order will be adjusted accordingly. We'll always make allowances for disruption to postal services and airlines which might affect your return getting back to us, but if you think your return may be late for any other reason outside your control, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible.
